💰 Simple, Honest Pricing: $250 an Hour
No games, no padded quotes, no surprises on the invoice. You pay $250 per hour (4-hour minimum) for machine and operator — that’s it. If your property is outside our local Jefferson County area, the equipment travel fee is discussed and agreed up front — sized to your distance from Bloomingdale, Ohio and the size and scope of the job — and Dale will take the machine as far as the work calls him: Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and all around Ohio. Honest work for honest pay.
You pay when the machine is running — not when it’s cold. No fuel up-charges, no bait-and-switch fees, no surprises on the invoice. Everything cut and dry, the way it should be. And no project is too big or too small.
Heads up: all mulching and clearing work carries a 4-hour minimum. Hauling a machine across the county isn’t free — the minimum gets it to your gate and guarantees your job a real block of work. (One exception: gravel driveway restoration is a flat per-job price — no minimum.) Stump grinding is priced by stump size, so no minimum there either — see stump grinding.

We run a CAT 299D3 compact track loader with a dedicated forestry mulcher head — the machine you saw on the flyer is the machine that shows up in your driveway, hauled by our own rig. One operator, one machine, no subcontractors.

Equipment Delivery Fee — Same for Every Service
- $150 — out to Steubenville, about a 15-mile ring around the shop
- $200 — double that ring, about 30 miles out
- $250 — the third ring, about 45 miles out
- +$50 — any job in West Virginia or Pennsylvania, because we pay extra tax to work across state lines
That fee covers loading, hauling, and setting the machine on your ground. Farther out than the third ring? We quote it — and Dale will travel as far as you want when the number works for everybody. Your exact fee is agreed before anything is scheduled.
