📏 Stump Grinding Prices
No games, no “call for pricing” runaround. Stump grinding is priced by the size of the stump, measured across the widest point at ground level — so you pay for what’s actually in your yard. Here’s the whole list:
Minimum charge is $325. Because stumps are priced individually rather than by the hour, the 4-hour minimum that applies to mulching and clearing does not apply to stump grinding. Bigger land clearing and mulching work runs our standard $250/hour with a 4-hour minimum.

💵 Two Ways to Pay Less
- More than one stump? Additional stumps at the same property run just $150–$300 each instead of full price — the machine is already there and running, so every stump after the first is the best value on the list.
- Bundling jobs? Tell us up front that you want stumps ground and mulching, clearing, or dirt work done, and we’ll price the whole visit together. One trip instead of two saves real hauling money — and we pass that savings to you.

Equipment Delivery Fee — Same for Every Service
- $150 — out to Steubenville, about a 15-mile ring around the shop
- $200 — double that ring, about 30 miles out
- $250 — the third ring, about 45 miles out
- +$50 — any job in West Virginia or Pennsylvania, because we pay extra tax to work across state lines
That fee covers loading, hauling, and setting the machine on your ground. Farther out than the third ring? We quote it — and Dale will travel as far as you want when the number works for everybody. Your exact fee is agreed before anything is scheduled.
